Willett makes a few bourbon mashbills: wheated, high corn, high rye, maybe a couple more. If ever there was a bourbon that was made to drink in the autumn of the year, this may be it. A noticeably softer mouthfeel and a deeper band of light caramel with a touch of butter runs through this.
